Improving Students’ Vocabulary Achievement by Using Twitter and Instagram Multimedia

This study attempts to improve students’ achievement in vocabulary by using Twitter and Instagram multimedia. was conducted classroom action research. The subject of the research class VIII-2 SMP FREE METHODIST 2 Medan which consisted 40 students. two cycles, cycle I four meeting II meetings. instruments for collecting data were quantitative namely test qualitative namely, observation sheet questionnaire. .Based on data, test, students score kept improving every vocabulary. finding this is multimedia can achievement. It be prove from calculation both cycles. mean pre 59. who got higher than 75 10%. post 75,75 26 65%. Te average 89,5, all them 100% standard minimum. There an improvement application twitter instagram teach eight grade Medan. Based questionnaire it found that active enthusiastic learning multmedia. result showed significantly improved students.
